Someone calls my name, and this alluring attraction draws me closer to the golden gates of sea-oats, dancing and fluttering on the edge of Lei Lani Condominiums. This is where it all began...
I find it a miracle that you could be in one place and meet a certain person that forever touches your soul. You can meet a new friend, discover an inspiring role model, or cross paths with an Angel. No coincidences—it was meant to be—and that place where you met was the bridge for your souls to meet.
That is why I love condos so much… there is a community of people who built them, own them, and vacation in them. There is so much love shared when you have the opportunity to meet these people and listen to their stories.

Dancing and skipping around the condos since a young age, Kylee Kubat is a native of the Perdido Key, Orange Beach, and Gulf Shores area.
Architecture enthusiast, the condos and homes in our area are etched into her heart and she has always dreamed of being a game-changer in the real estate, construction, and development world.
As a Florida Real Estate Agent with Portside Realty, Kylee is passionate about meeting new friends and sharing her love for the coast by helping people with their real estate journeys.
Kylee is fascinated with the history of our area and is writing a book about the post-Hurricane Frederic history of our Gulf Coast. She is also making music about the condominiums and lifestyle of the Gulf Coast.
